Anandas of Karwar, Mulananda, (1-2 Cen AD), Lead, 17.96g, 27.67x28.70mm, Obv: Eight arched hill (chaitya) at center with Brahmi legend around reading "Rano Mulanandasa", Mulananda is believed to be a family name rather than a ruler's name, Rev: Tree in railing at center flanked by Swastika on left and Nandipada on right, The arched hill on the obv and tree in railing on rev all suggest a buddhist affinity.
