| Assam, Octagonal Silver Rupee, 11.23g, Gadadhara Simha (Siu-pat-pha) (1681-1696), Ahom legends legends on both sides within a double linear border with beads, dated year 33 (of the 60 year cycle), legends in four lines on each side within the usual border, Obv: Kao boi/ pha Leng-/don heu/chiu, bird walking, not preening at lower right, without flower pattern at bottom. Rev: Chao Siu-/pat-pha pi/n khun lak/-ni Rai-san, lion at lower right. Reverse die struck at 5 o'clock. (A.Mitra. 24, RB. E6.1 type). Very Fine, Rare. |
