Obv: A ribbon, the ends seperated by a star, Gopuram of a temple in center with 9 stars to either sides, Value in English 'Quartp(e)r Pagoda' and 'Pau Hun Phuli' in Persian, Rev: Deity Vishnu Standing in centre with Sword in hand all with in three layer of dotted Circle, 'Kal var kun' in Tamil and 'Kal vara hun' in Telugu.
